SWEAT WITH LEX

The Sweat With Lex method is a transformative approach to Pilates that focuses on slow, controlled movements that sculpt the entire body, combined with short bursts of cardio to get those endorphins flowing. This effective combination of movement will have you feeling strong,, toned, lengthened, and centered after every class. With technique and control at the core of every movement, you’ll feel and see the results in no time.

SIGNATURE CLASSES

THE SCULPT CLASS

A Sweat With Lex signature class. The Sculpt Class is broken down into Total Body, Legs & Booty and Arms & Abs. The Sculpt Class focuses on technique, posture, balance, and control, all while lengthening, strengthening and toning your body. You’ll get that heart rate up and feel the burn in all the right places!

THE FLOW CLASS

Whether you’re a Pilates beginner or a seasoned Pilates lover, this class is for you. The Flow Class brings us back to the Pilates essentials, focuses on form and allows us to connect to our bodies and minds on a deeper level. Give yourself this time to connect to your breath and focus on your technique, while strengthening your muscles and relaxing your mind.

THE PROPS CLASS

Switch it up with The Props Class. Whether we use a resistance band, light weights or ankle weights, you’ll get that extra burn with the added resistance, taking it up a notch. While still honing in on our Pilates techniques, The Props Class adds a little more variety and a little more fun!
